SAFETY
Safety is built into how we plan, lead, and execute the work. Our dedicated safety team works alongside field and project teams to identify risk early, reinforce expectations, and help ensure every person goes home safe at the end of the day.
EQUIPMENT
Lee maintains a deep fleet of company-owned equipment to give our teams greater control over availability, maintenance, and jobsite readiness. From cranes and gantry systems to the equipment our crews rely on every day, having the right resources close at hand helps reduce delays and keep work moving.
CULTURE
Employee ownership shapes how we work. Our people have a direct stake in the company, the quality of our work, and the relationships we build with customers. That ownership mindset is reinforced by our core values of Safety, Teamwork, Integrity, and Dedication, creating a culture where accountability is shared and doing the job right matters.
BUILDING EXCELLENCE SINCE 1989
Lee Contracting was founded in 1989 around the idea that complex projects work better when the right people, trades, equipment, and leadership are brought together under one accountable team.
More than three decades later, that idea has become the foundation of The Power of One: broader capability, stronger coordination, and one team responsible for getting the work done right.
